Shipping

1. You pay only $9.95 to ship your order for most products.

2. International order or express service is available upon request with additional cost, please email or call us for detailed information.

3. On average, credit card orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order.

4. Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.

5. Orders shipped should arrive within 4-7 business days from the ship date. If item(s) are damaged upon delivery, you must contact our Customer Support Department within 48 hours Monday - Friday upon receipt to receive a replacement order. If contacted after the allotted time, unfortunately the replacement order will be shipped Priority Mail only. If you receive defective item(s) and wish to have the item(s) replaced and originally paid for 2nd Day UPS Delivery- the replacement order will be sent within our normal shipping method unless you wish to pay for the 2nd Day UPS Delivery for faster shipping.
